( Spaten Holiday Bock ) A - Deep golden color. 1/2 inch bright white head. Beautiful lacing. S - Sweet malt, honey grain, subtle grassy aroma. T - Rich sugary malt, fresh grass, sweet grain, mild tartness, moderate spicy hops that compliment the malt perfectly. Wonderful clean finish. M - Lively carbonation, medium creamy body. This is a exceptionally balanced. Drinkability is off the charts. It’s not light or heavy. Just an excellent balanced beer. This went great with my Hunter’s Schnitzel with a side of red cabbage. Don’t pass this one up. Serving type: on-tap 07-29-2010

Cerveza de color dorado cristalino. Con espuma blanca. Olor y sabor a hierbas, ligeramente amarga y refrescante.

On tap at Cerveceria Internacional Sevilla. Blonde colored, somewhat more bitterand fuller than a pils. Furthermore I did\nt taste any diffrence, maybe bacause of the tempertaure outside and the coldness from the beer inside.

Unusual find, I think. Has a nice bubbly body, and a nice billowy head. Smells a little hoppy and fruity even, with a hint of some wheat. The flavor is very well balanced with light hops and a touch of grapefruit. Finishes a little malty with a dry finish, due to the high carbonation. Not bad at all.

I haven’t seen this beer in awhile. I had a bottle in West Virginia; I guess we can’t get this brew in PA. Excellent Bock beer!! Well balanced, clean smooth taste, bitter finish. Great German style beer!

Pours hazy yellow, with white head, aroma has notes of biscuit, some citrus, and a touch of wet cardboard like malt. Taste is some earthy and citrusy hops, touch of biscuit and bread, finishing sweet and slightly dry.

Rich gold color, with a full body under medium head with rich hop flavor as well. This beer is a highly drinkable! Especially at Oktoberfest!

This beer pours a dull amber/yellow with a medium white head which was long lasting. The aromas are bread, light skunk ala malt liquor and hint of lemon/orange. Sweet and slightly spicy mouthfeel in flavor, finish was mediocre.
