COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
An easy drinker, yet full of flavor, our unfiltered ale is perfect for any occasion. This dirty blonde has a nice malt backbone and a balanced bitterness, set apart by its pleasant hop aroma from our hop back.

Average looking pour with DOA head. Very grainy aroma. Sweet taste with some very good aftertaste. The outstanding flavor saves this otherwise mediocre looking/smelling brew, but isnít flavor what itís all about? On tap @ The Flying Saucer, Memphis, TN.

Body is medium with a moderate bubbly carbonation. Light dryness during the finish. Ends with more floral hops, fruit notes, sweet malt, white bread and grains.

Can sample at a tasting at Dancing Camel. Thanks kerenmk. Slightly hazy golden with a white head. Aroma of somewhat stale fruity hops. Flavor has sweetish malt, a bit grainy, with mildly bitterish hops, slightly stale. Rather light-bodied.

can to snifter poured a hazy yellow with white head. I am not a blonde ale person I have tried and tried and just cant get to liking this beer. light to mild malt, light citrus notes and maybe caramel. not really sure the flavor was about the same. but there is something in the flavor that I just cant get use to. mild biscuit malt. mild citrus maybe lemon or orange zest I donít know. just really wearing on me. I suppose its good but not for me.

Can. Light lemon, biscuit malt, and metallic orange peel aroma. Hazy golden yellow with moderate head. Lightly sweet citrus, biscuit malt, and moderately bitter hay/orange peel flavor. Decent body. Okay - just a bit better than the average macro though.

Can. Musky orange-yellow with a sticky top. Drinks with a fruity, floral flourish, creamy to the palate. Almost gristy, but not. Chick beer. (#6199, 6/2/2016)

Pours a light golden color. A little darker than I would have expected a blonde to be. Somewhat cloudy. Tall, thick, eggshell colored head. Some retention, okay lacing.

. Aroma is pretty malty. Also quite a bit of wheat. Quite a bit of honey. Iím thinking honey butter Texas toast. Thatís about all.

Taste is more of the same...honey, maybe honey butter, and bread. Itís sweet, not bitter in any way.

Mouthfeel is medium light. Itís quite creamy and smooth, almost like a slightly melted milkshake. I donít know how to describe this, but itís hollow on the swallow...? I dunno, try it and see for yourself.

Overall, while not amazing flavorful, it has all the intangibles wrapped up. It makes for a pretty good beer. Very drinkable and sessioinable. No bitterness to speak of. Hey, this is pretty good. Iím going to recommend this, and yeah, Iíd buy this again.
