An easy drinker, yet full of flavor, our unfiltered ale is perfect for any occasion. This dirty blonde has a nice malt backbone and a balanced bitterness, set apart by its pleasant hop aroma from our hop back.

can to snifter poured a hazy yellow with white head. I am not a blonde ale person I have tried and tried and just cant get to liking this beer. light to mild malt, light citrus notes and maybe caramel. not really sure the flavor was about the same. but there is something in the flavor that I just cant get use to. mild biscuit malt. mild citrus maybe lemon or orange zest I don’t know. just really wearing on me. I suppose its good but not for me.

Can. Light lemon, biscuit malt, and metallic orange peel aroma. Hazy golden yellow with moderate head. Lightly sweet citrus, biscuit malt, and moderately bitter hay/orange peel flavor. Decent body. Okay - just a bit better than the average macro though.

Can. Musky orange-yellow with a sticky top. Drinks with a fruity, floral flourish, creamy to the palate. Almost gristy, but not. Chick beer. (#6199, 6/2/2016)

Pours a light golden color. A little darker than I would have expected a blonde to be. Somewhat cloudy. Tall, thick, eggshell colored head. Some retention, okay lacing.

. Aroma is pretty malty. Also quite a bit of wheat. Quite a bit of honey. I’m thinking honey butter Texas toast. That’s about all.

Taste is more of the same...honey, maybe honey butter, and bread. It’s sweet, not bitter in any way.

Mouthfeel is medium light. It’s quite creamy and smooth, almost like a slightly melted milkshake. I don’t know how to describe this, but it’s hollow on the swallow...? I dunno, try it and see for yourself.

Overall, while not amazing flavorful, it has all the intangibles wrapped up. It makes for a pretty good beer. Very drinkable and sessioinable. No bitterness to speak of. Hey, this is pretty good. I’m going to recommend this, and yeah, I’d buy this again.

2/24/16. On tap at Mahogany Bar, Hattiesburg. Golden pour with a small off-white head. Light citrus hits the nose before a big dose of grainy pale malts, doughy. Light citrus flavor pops out of grainy pale malts in the flavor, doughy, a hint of a metallic and ketchup aspect. Eh.
