No lightweight, Big Daddy I.P.A. tips the scales with a huge hop flavor and a dry, clean finish that leaves the scene without a trace.

Clear yellow with solid, thick head. Fresh aroma. There’s hints of lime in aroma and taste. Good that the malts play their part offering some sweet balance against citrusy and piney hops.

Bottle 355ml (Firmabier)
Clear deep golden, amber color, small steady white head. Citrus, bready, sweetish apricot hoppy aroma. Medium-bodied. Tropical fruits, pine, notes of caramel. Probably needs to be rerated n SF, CA. Now just "ok".

Decent but not overwhelming. Refreshing ipa character, but nothing extraordinary.

Bottle. Golden, small to average and mostly diminishing head. Light to moderate, malty and lightly sweetish aroma, some caramel with some tropical fruitiness, some grapefruit - light citrus hoppyness. Body is medium, malty and lightly sweetish - sweetish flavor, some caramel and light tropical fruitiness, some grapefruit - piney hoppyness. Finish is average, malty and lightly sweetish - sweetish, light - some caramel and light fruitiness, some grapefruit - piney hoppyness, faint alcohol. Caramel sweetish IPA. Could really use more bitterness and less caramel. Average IPA - really nothing special.

Pours light amber color with good head. Smell is fruity like mango mostly. Doesn’t taste as fruity and malty as smell indicates. Finish isn’t overly bitter or hoppy. Dry lingering finish. Solid.

pours golden orange with a big white head. aroma big on malt and citrus. Taste follows, big malt, too much for an IPA with a hint of citrus and pine

Pours clear amber. Bit of foam. Aroma fruity. Some malts and hop freshness. Taste is also relatively fruity, passion fruit, mango. Leaves lingering bitterness and dry sensation. Some soda-like sensation also there. Pretty good sample of an IPA I like to drink. Simple but good, some herbal medicine in the aftertaste.

Shared bottle at home. Exporten to the netherlands. Poured a very boring clear dark golden colour like my morning urine with a white head. Nose of sweet crispy malts, and even some chocolate or cacao, metallic notes, cardboard, chemical, and a parfume hop notes. Weird old bitterness. Very bad. Unbalanced

Not really sure how I haven’t rated this before... Poured into a shaker. Golden color with a creamy off white head. Aroma has a malty sweetness with some citrus and resinous hop notes. Flavor has some bready malt with a big dose of hop bitterness with predominantly piney notes. Medium bodied with mild astringency. Solid IPA.
