3.5 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 12/20
A solid IPA. Nothing exceptional here, but it is a good, robust flavored IPA. The aroma is a little less than I expected, but hey! Finish is pretty typical but not overly bitter. Good but not very memorable...

Light and refreshing with a nice IPA bite. Big Daddy is a drinkable brew. Great caramel finish. Light color. Good beer.

2.9 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 10/20
Bottle @ home, picked up at Wilburís Fort Collins. Pours a clear copper appearance with a nice, cream colored head. Caramel, lightly woody, herbal, grapefruity hoppy, somewhat herbal aroma. Fairly bitter, earthy/herbal hoppy, chewy caramel malty, slightly spicy, biscuity flavor. Not a big fan.

3.2 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Big biscuit malts dominate. Cascade n centennial hops. Floral, some citrus. Finish is short. A pretty good brew for ipa fans who donít care for malt. Nothing special...

3.8 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
On tap at Zippelin Bier Garten, Jersey City. Pours golden with long lasting, foamy white head and lively carbonation. Aroma is of citrusy hops, orange marmalade and biscuit malt. Body is medium and crisp. Taste is of citrusy hops, biscuit malt and some ripe fruit. Finish is long and balanced. Nice, not too hoppy, balanced IPA.

2.6 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 10/20
12 oz bottle, bottled on 8/14/13. Pours clear golden orange with a big rocky off white head that retains well and laces the glass.
The aroma is sweet biscuity crystal malt with some grassy hops.
The flavor is sweet biscuity caramel malts with a good amount of grassy bitterness in the finish. The mouthfeel is medium bodied with low carbonation.
Overall, an OK IPA - too much sweet biscuit malt and grassy hops.

12 oz Bottle. The beer pours to a golden color with a small white head. The aroma is citrus with a floral note to it. The taste is light with a slightly bitter taste. Overall an average IPA for me.

3.7 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 16/20
Aroma is classic US IPA hops: Columbus Cascade and Centennial (as per their website) mouthfeel gets stickier as you get through the bottle, the malts are fairly well represented, Iíd call this medium bodied. Pine, resin, a bit of citrus, but also a bright green sweet stickiness that Jimthechap calls spearmint and I agree, thatís exactly what it is. Warm dry finish feels a bit heavier than the ABV would suggest. Not a show-stopper, but a very nice beer.
