COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
No lightweight, Big Daddy I.P.A. tips the scales with a huge hop flavor and a dry, clean finish that leaves the scene without a trace.

Pours pale gold w/ a large white head. Fresh, piny, grapefruity nose. Medium feel w/ light stickiness. Simple flavour of hops and bready malt. Finish is only moderately bitter.

Radek Kliber (6616) - Toronto (Can) Krotoszyn (Pol), POLAND - APR 10, 2005
This is medium bodied IPA. Starts with fairly bitter front, not bad here just not as clean finished as some tops pales are. Hopps are dominant and almost exclusive here, same with finish which is bit harsher than you might wish for.

mjg74 (2788) - Salem, Oregon, USA - APR 7, 2005
Pours a medium golden color with little head. Very hoppy aroma. Some pine and fruitiness as well. Taste is pretty much hop bitterness and not much else. Not very complex. Finish is a little boring.

Citrus and hops aroma, gold/amber, small off-white head. Hops flavour at first, with some malt afterward. Light bodied, bitter. Fair example.

Sammy (9443) - Toronto, Ontario, CANADA - APR 5, 2005
Big head, malt and hops promising start, then dry hop leaf bitterness astringent, citrus. Pine needles, some C hops for aroma. Some chocolate in my mouth, more chocolate. Not bad 30th sample at Radekfest 05, brought by a generous Yankee guest.

Radekfest 05 Bottle. Crisp golden yellow with a small white head. Grapefruity resin aroma. Pleasant bitterness, not much malt. Touch light on the palate. Lacklustre but quaffable.

This is a cloudy golden color that doesnít produce much of a head. Hops are very noticable in both taste and aroma. Has a nice balanced flavor that makes this a nice beer to try.

Pours a cloudy golden brew.Nose is Almost musky and hoppy, kind of funky.Taste funky too. This brew might be a little past itís time as the hops are gone.

aspidites (1272) - manteca, California, USA - MAR 10, 2005
Dry clean IPA not overly bitter. More pale ale to me. Nice light pale malt and spice body with piney and floral nose. Light in color with good alcing and easy drinking in balance.

Pailhead (5567) - Plymouth, Michigan, USA - MAR 4, 2005
Bottle: Excellent aroma. Tons of citrus aromas. Pours a dark gold with a small white head. As strong as the aroma is the flavor is a little watery. Light up front with a light hop finish. If the flavor was a little stronger this would be excellent. A little thin in the mouthfeel. Very disappointed after big expectations from the aroma, but donít get me wrong, itís not bad.
