No lightweight, Big Daddy I.P.A. tips the scales with a huge hop flavor and a dry, clean finish that leaves the scene without a trace.

12 oz, tulip. Toasted bread malt (L); perfume and herb hops (M); green apple and pear aromas. Small, creamy, white, diminishing head. Clear yellow-gold body. Lightly sweet, moderately acidic, lightly bitter flavor becomes a lightly acidic, moderately bitter finish. Medium body, creamy texture, lively carbonation. The bottom line is: again with the perfume hops...at least this beer has redeeming qualities in the flavor and mouthfeel.

UPDATED: AUG 20, 2004 First of all, a really cool bottle. Very stylish. Light gold, decent sized white head. Resiny, cedery aroma. Woodsy, piney flavors, with a citrusy touch at the finish. Clean and easy drinkin’ IPA here. This one was right after Yulesmith in our tasting, an unenviable position for sure, but it ended up holding up nicely. Well made session IPA. Thanks to Drunkasaskunk for this one.

Large offwhite head, good retention and plenty of lace that wont quit. Pale blond color unfortunately. Nice piney nose, a little rubbery. Med/light body, sorta thin. Piney, citrusy hop flavors with very faint malt notes. Finish is dry. Ultimately, a watery brew though.

yet another IPA, i cant get enough of them. amber colored pour with a nice white head with some floatys in it. smells very citrusy, orange and grapefruit like. refreshing flavor, a nice easy drinking sort of lighter feeling ipa. very nice though, taste has a hint of pine in it. i didnt think the hops register the way the bottle claims they do, but thats just me. an awesome ipa.

A beautiful golden yelow beer appears under a creamy white head when you pour this into a glass. Immediatly the citrusy fresh hop aroma hits your nose. You don’t have to search for the hops in this one, they’re all over the place. Yes, it’s out of balance on the hop side, but this beer pulls it off nicely. Crisp refreshing palate and you guessed it... a bitter finish. Excellent choice for the hophead.

Bottle. Pours clear amber with a large white head that lingers nicely and leaves great lacing. Flavor and aroma feature hops - lots of them. Aroma is a bit dusty, with orange and grapefruit peel notes. Flavor is dry, not much sweetness with big hop kick and long bitter finish. Medium body, smooth and creamy carbonation. Good beer, but could use a bit more maltiness to balance the hops.

Impressive hop aroma, color is light golden, flavor is hoppy but not an assault on the tastebuds. Quite refreshing on an 85degree day with 100% humidity.

UPDATED: DEC 28, 2005 Light colored IPA. Great aroma. WOW! Nice clean well hopped beer. Light head. It went down quick and easy. Definitely worth a try.

WTF is that ? A massive aroma and nice looking. what a surprise when I took the sip, horrid shit, compared to the aroma at least. Well, it was fun to have though. Its like the brewer forgot something in the process.

Coppery in color, small head that lasts. Smells of hops and citrus. Not overwhelming, not brilliant, but very pleasant. Flavor was nice- alcohol is very masked behind the well placed hops. This beer is hoppy, but also retains other flavors. This is a good American IPA.
