3.6 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
Once again, not much different from the Untouchable Ale. I love the bottles (all beers should use painted bottles). Fair amount of bitterness while pale in color.

3.7 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
Much paler than most IPA's and much more balanced than your typical west-coast IPA. The hops are there, just not overpowering.

3.3 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
UPDATED: NOV 28, 2003 Pours a clear golden with a pillowy lacing white head. Body is smooth, lightly effervescent, and very dry. Lots of hop flavor throughout with a light touch of malt. Finish has a slightly strange chemical/artificial off-flavor to it, but overall, not a bad IPA. Needs more sweetness.

3.3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
A pale amber color( lighter than most US IPA's, I suppose Roger Protz is happy). A medium rocky creamy white head. Slight pine aroma and taste. The bitterness sneaks up on you. Pine taste throughout.

2.5 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 11/20
I had high expectations for this beer. A light copper color, more like a light beer color. No sticky foamy head. Hardly any aroma. Not much hops and it seems there's more of a malt flavor than hops. Not as good as I had hoped.

3.2 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
light hoppy aroma, golden yellow with a yayo white head, crisp piney hops build to a decently bitter finish but overall a fairly mediocre and bland IPA

3.2 AROMA 10/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 12/20
Very light prange color. Peach, pear and apple hop aroma is a magnificant and strong blend. Has to be the perfect aroma for and IPA. However, drinking is much different than smelling, and this one has a fairly thin feel with only a slight hop fruit flavor. Loses flavor by mid-drink as it rolls across the tongue, and finishes over-carbonated and empty.

3.8 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
This beer poured a deep golden color with a small white head. The aroma was of hops...so many hops, just like the taste. It finished somewhat juicy and it was a very good beer.

3.3 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
UPDATED: DEC 7, 2003 Pretty typical for an American IPA, reminds me of Anchor's Liberty Ale (although I think I like theirs better). Not too shabby.

3.4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Pours a light golden yellow with a small rocky head that diminishes quickly. Aroma has some light pine and very natural feel. Unqiue bitter flavours along with a great mouthfeel and finish make this beer enjoyable, though not outstanding.
