3.6 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
Tap. Pours the typical orange-tinted gold, with a small amount of very dense, white head that dissipates slowly. Nose is toast, pine, and grapefruit. Taste is much the same, caramel, toffee, bready malt sweetness with a grapefruit and resinous hop note that is not as extremely biter as some of the other IPAs out there. Finishes dry and lightly bitter. The muted nature of the flavors and ABV tend to put this in a session IPA category.

2.9 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
12oz bottle, thanks to aabean for bringing this back from her Cali trip and sharing. Bottled on 12/04/14. Clear orange color. Thin white head. Dots and ropes of lace. Caramel malt mostly, kind of biscuity. Lightly spicy. Medium body. Slick. Moderate sweet taste, light bitter. OK. Malty sweet, mostly.

3.4 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Clear maple-brown without much carbonation. Thin white fizzy head. Smells of musty hop, dusty attic, potpourri/preserved flowers, bit of spiced malt. Tastes of musty floral hop. Dry finish with faint pepper/spice. Body is smooth, bitter, lightly slick and peppery. Not terribly interesting but a nice hoppy floral malty aroma.

3.4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
Bottle from QClub at home. Clear honey amber pour. Aroma is hops and apple-orange juice, some pine. Taste is similar but more pine resin than apple. Quite bready and malty too. Solid IPA and would get again for HKD28.

4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 18/20
Poured from a 12 oz can. Thick white head straw colored body. Not a strong aroma. Apricot, some pine and some grapefruit dominate. Not a heavy body makes this a good warm weather ipa. Nice for a spring afternoon
