On tap at Beachwood BBQ. Very dark. Rather surprising for a lager. I am used to lagers being much lighter than this. It went great with a dinner of ribs. Finish was also not as crisp as I would have liked.

On-tap at PP C’Bad. Pours dark brown with a creamy, offwhite head, rings of lace all the way down the glass. Smells dark and smokey malty. Tastes malty and smokey as well, slightly sweet. Medium body, good carbonation. Best schwarsbier I’ve ever had, which isn’t that many but whatever.

On tap at Hamiltons. Dark brown with a fizzy tan head. Chocolate and citrus aroma and taste, watery palate, crisp clean finish.

Tap @ Hamilton’s on my birthday. Pours black with a tan ring. Nose is sweet and tart and malty a nice balance. Taste is tart and malty with a nice coffee bite.
