Jan 31, 2009 Tap at Stone. Poured a dark gold with a little white head. Very malty and alot of smokiness. Flavor is much the same, lots of smokiness too me, very good scotch ale.

Dec 15, 2008 On tap @ 08 strong ale fest. Pours a golden amber with off white head. Sweet and malty, with notes of fruit, biscuits, and caramel. Pretty good scotch ale.

Dec 8, 2008 Tap at Strong Al3 2008. Pours orange with a big tan head. The lines were having some issues. Pours sweet, rich and malty. Taste is rich, with whiskey, sweet, and not bad.
