Whole Foods: Our Specialty team Leader Kenny and Beer Specialist Wesley teamed up with Speakeasy to create this one of a kind craft brew. Their labors produced a deep full-bodied beer with a hint of spice and citrus. Pairs well with all food and is remarkably easy to drink.

Notes from my backlog: Copper pour with good clarity and an off white head. Citrusy hop aroma- crisp orange and cascade notes. Light body. Mild biscuity flavor, dry and clean overall with a mild toasted malt note and bright citrus orange notes. Dry biscuity finish. Decent session.

Tap at Rattle N Hum. Pale amber pour. The nose is light and fairly fresh. Some light pine resin as well as a touch of citrus. A bit of grapefruit in a fairly light-bodied ale. Itís not thin per se, but itís light. A touch of herbal grassy hoppiness toward the finish with maybe a bit of pine as well. Nice balance of malts and hops Ė hoppy but not all that bitter. I could drink a gallon of this stuff, even if at 5% itís not really a mild.

Draft @ RnH. Amber pour , almost still. Hopped up mild, with some light grass and earthy hops, also a bit of fruity hop presence. Is this really a mild?

Tap at RattleíníHum. Nice combo of English and German hop in the nose, with a touch of starfruit. Of course, that is not what mild is supposed to smell like. Dry, tannic body, fairly yeasty, with a lot of unmalted barley notes. Fruity and American, not very Mild at all.

Draft. Pours a crimson amber body with an off white head. Light herbal notes, floral hop tones, grass y with some earth y hop tones. Chewy with a grass y body and a mild spice to boot. Nice.

Tap @ Rattle n Hum - I believe that RnH had this listed over 5% abv... can it really be called a mild? Anyway... Peach and fruity, caramel. Tastes like a basic pale ale.

Draft. Pours amber with a thin beige head. Light hoppy aroma with some toasty notes and a light sweetness. The flavor has toasted grains, floral hops, and a light citric fruity note. Well balanced and drinkable.

The aroma is earthy and floral hops, some notes of chocolate. the appearance is deep orange, translucent, white head. The flavor is chcoolate, caramel, earth. The finish is a light hop bittering, some citrus. Wierd and watery finish, strange for what is otherwise a decent brew. The mouthfeel is watery, the body thin to thin/medium. Not bad for what it is.
