Mar 10, 2005 Very big somewaht herbal and Huge grass Czech nose. Nice toast and hney malt with Monster SAAZ hop aroma and bitterness. Great pils Vary dry hoppy and bitter as hell for a pils true west coast by way of the Czech republic.

Aug 26, 2001 Had this at the brewery on the very first day it was tapped. The best smelling Pils I’ve encountered: rich, toasted and bready. The flavor is nice and toasty as well, unexpected in a Pilsner but very welcome. The flavor really disappears after a few sips as your palate adjusts though, and that’s a shame. Good body and a bitter finish.
