3.2 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
Notes from my backlog: Very pale pour with a fading white head. Crackery clean aroma with a grassy note. One dimensional. Light body. Pretty dry and crackery with a mild peppery hop presence. Could be cleaner and more bitter/hoppy. Not bad though.

3.4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Tap at Rattle N Hum. Very pale golden pour. No head at all. The nose is lightly floral with a bit of straw character on the nose. Soft noble hops are quite apparent and quite tasty. Assertive bitterness on the back of the palate. Crisp malts, soft hops, what more can you ask out of a pilsner?
