Bottle from the Davis Co-op. Pours dark ruddy copper with essentially no head. Aromas of resin and rye spice. Med body or better. First taste suggested strawberry, but that might be just me. It quickly became spicy rye with some resin making it quite bitter. As the resin drifts away in the finish, I am still reminded of strawberry. Not a lot. Just a reminder. Nice beer.
