Snatch Racket - named for the surge of kidnappings and ransoms in 1920’s during prohibition - is a unique blend of styles, a 6.5% full bodied lager dry-hopped like an IPA with all German hops.

On tap at Beer Revolution. Pours hazy blonde with a fruity aroma and a thin white head. There is a light malt flavor, carbonated and slightly sour. Just a bit too thin.

On tap. Clear pale yellow with a fluffy white head. Musty earthy wet dog aroma and taste, I’ve never actually tasted "wet dog" but it tastes like it smells. Dry barn yard, horse blanket funk to the finish. Yeah, I don’t like this one.

Draft, Amber beer with a cream colored head. Mineral aroma. Mineral and malt flavor with tropical fruit. Medium bodiued. Tropical fruit and light grapefruit lingers with malt.

On tap at Beer Revolution. It pours golden with a small white head. The aroma is light grains and lemongrass. Very interesting. The flavor is light citrus lemon peel, oranges, grassy, and a bit herbal with the hops. Very light on the palate bordering on watery. Little bitterness, but big on flavor and aroma hops which appear to be German. Very earthy and herbal. Interesting concept.

Draft at City Beer’s 5th Anniversary. Hazy orangish golden with a small but lasting white head. Citrusy hops but not quite intense enough on the aroma with sweet malt notes. Citrusy and malty flavor, pale malt mostly, with orange and herbal notes. Not really hoppy enough. Medium body and medium-high carbonation. Not great overall, but decent at least.
