3.4 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Location: 12 oz bottle from Shop Rite-Hoboken, 10/20/13
Aroma: The nose is light and citrusy, some grassy hops, some pale malts, and spice
Appearance: It pours a clear golden color with a small head and medium-plus lacework
Flavor: The taste is a little citrusy, with a clean hop flavor and some light malt and spice notes
Palate: The body of this one is light-medium, it has a clean feel, and a long, dry finish
Thought this one lacked a bit in the aroma, but the flavor makes up for it a bit. Itís a nice, dry one. It could use a little more interesting of a flavor profile, but it does have a solid hop profile. Decent.

3.3 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 11/20
Bottle @ home, picked up at Wilburís Fort Collins. Pours a golden orange appearance with a thin off white head. Vanilla cake, grapefruit, tropical fruit, quite herbal aroma. A bit chewy, herbal/fruity, pineapple, grapefruity hoppy, toasted malty, a bit grassy, slightly sweet flavor. Not a bad beer.

3.2 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 13/20
Bottle:   Golden, thin to moderate frothy white head, spotty lacing, light carbonation.   Musty and cheezy hop aroma.   Has a faint dank tropical fruit tinge.   Odd...   Heh, part of it reminds me of those swirly hard candies you find around Christmas, those ribbon ones, that are white and beige.   Yeah, weird, mild hop flavor profile, with a sweetness that is totally like those pink/green/beige colored hard candies you find around Christmas.   Not bright, feels a little dank.   Backside has a little citrusy aspect to it, perhaps some of that tropical fruit but its very muted.   Moderate to full body and mouthfeel.   Feels thicker than others at least.   Falls off quickly tho.   This was a weird one.

3.5 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
Solid pale ale. A little dry, a little hoppy. Not over the top, well balanced. Itís exactly what Iíd expect from this beer.

3.1 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Shaker pour at Lockdown. Gold to light amber in color. Not much to say about this, I was hoping for a light clean hoppy beer from Cali. What I got was an uneven, characterless, and muddled beer. Hops werenít directed, just wayward hoppy flavor. Malt was dusty and getting in the way. Sharp bitterness doesnít help in the structure of the beer. Meh.

2.9 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
Clear yellow gold in color... Aroma is fresh boiling wort, grains, fruity malts... Flavor is thin, with off fruity malt flavor, minimal hops on finish... Pretty bad for an XPA

A really nice easy drinking brew. A typical smooth low color beer. The Malta and hops are easy and enjoyable.

Amber Color, Long Lasting Foamy Head, Decent Lacing. Pine Aroma. Slightly Sweet, Citrus, Malt, Pine, Bitter Hop Finish. While the body seems light, it has pleasant buttery Creamy Mouth feel. Lasting Bitter Aftertaste. Love Prohibition Style Themed label. Live and refreshing. Nice. Recommended.

3.4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
Bottle on the balcony. Aroma is very fresh, with apricots, cotton candy, and brown sugar in the forefront. Higher than medium bodied, rich malty base with bright floral hops up front. More bright fruits and berries, caramel, malt, the finish is sweet. A few more IBUís would be welcome, but all in all it is a really nice pale ale.
