Tallulah mesmerizes with tropical fruit aromas and a radiant golden glow. This show-stopper is dry-hopped with Calypso and El Dorado hops and will leave you begging for an encore.

Deep gold/light copper, clear, thin off-white head. Aroma: grainy malt with hint of caramel, floral and lightly citrusy hops. Flavor: grainy-sweet malt with slight hint of sweetness (pretty dry overall), light resiny bitterness with some citrus, finishes with some dry biscuity notes and light lingering bitterness. Very quaffable and clean.

Draft. Pours a medium, well retained, off white, head, with some lacing, over a clear light gold (SRM 4) body.....nose is cereal, light pine, no esters......taste is light pine, resin, hints of malts, leading to a moderate, harsh bitter finish.....mouth feel medium, carbonation makes a clean acid finish. This is a technically well made simple beer, with a quite dominate simple bitterness. It could use more complexity in all major areas. BJCP 6/3/12/4/5

Bottle sample at a tasting at Yoav’s place. Thanks zvikar. Golden-colored. Aroma of citric hops, kinda stale, and some cookie-ish malt. Flavor has some sweetish maltiness and citric hops, a bit stale, with decent bitterness. Medium-bodied. Not fresh enough but still OK.

12oz bottle from Manahawkin Spirits. Pours a crystal clear gold color with a finger of foamy white head. Aroma is citrusy and tropical. Bready malts, pineapple, apricot, grapefruit, etc. Taste of sweet grains and yeast, followed by orange and lemon zest, spicy hops, and pine. Aroma is the winner here!

Clear golden with a medium foamy white head with excellent lacing. The aroma is well balanced and semi-strong with notes of earthy pale grains, toast, and nutty toffee but also with a strong hoppiness of grassy notes and a little herbal hop resin. The flavor is clean and not too lingering. The malty start is a little too effervescent and cereal-ish for it’s own good with some herbal hop notes and a bit of leafy hop resin on the finish. Light-ish and mostly forgettable.
