Commercial Description:
Untouchable does justice to the American Pale Ale, enforcing a strict balance of arresting hop flavor and a smooth maltiness that's just undercover.

Pours a hazy, orange body with a small white head. Crisp citrus hop aroma with a little yeast. Flavors are lots of orange peel and somewhat metallic with a bready finish. Somewhat thick for a APA. Not bad.

03.14.05 12oz bottle. Orangey amber pour with little head, lots of suspended stuff. Aroma is pithy, juicy. Simple and modest flavors of lightly toasted bread, orange marmalade, metallic. Dry, more grapefruit pith, lemon. It’s a quaffable pale, but not a standout as CA pales go.

VERY lite pale ale. vvery slight bitterness. some malt notes and lite honey with a dry and clean finish. Not a beer I would drink unless I had to much to small.

Hazy golden amber color, cream colored head. Milder malt in the aroma along with a decent dosage of hops. Pretty decent balance with the malt and hops with the hops pulling a little out ahead. Bitter finish. Medium bodied. Pretty tasty but their IPA is far superior.

Very sweet candy-sugar like aroma with orange citrus notes. Very sweet and detergent like aroma. Transparent golden honey color with a small off white head. Start is spritzy and mildly sweet. Finishes grapefruity and hopped. Nice full bodied sweet maltiness balances things out. Perhaps a little watery and metallic to finish.

This is a good pale ale, not too inspired, but not too bad, either. It does everything right without doing anything exceptionally. It’s refreshingly crisp and hoppy, and doesn’t leave too much of a lingering flavour. Solidly acceptable.

This is a nice pale ale, a light refreshing brew with a good ol dose of hops. Sweet citrus hops up front in the aroma a bit crisp. Taste is dry and clean, very light on the malt with a bigger hop finish. No shocking brew of any sort, but a nice simple pale.
