Very unique astringent herbal and bushy bitter dominates. Light medium bodied crisp and drinkable. I’ve got two left -- one for Gusler and the other for TAR.

Another Gem from speakeasy. Nice and crisp with assertive, but not overbearing bittering hops, great hoppy nose. Nice malt character with out much malty sweetness. This goes in the keg-a-rator as soon as the weather warms back up.

Oh my, this is some amazing beer. Crisp up front with great, pure ale flavor accimpanied by a very big malt backbone. The hops at the end are just perfect, both in amount and bitterness. All three Speakeasy beers I’ve had are at or near the top of their respective style lists, that really says a lot about the quality of this brewery - they’re right there with Hale’s and the Schelenkerla boys for the best in the business.
