COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Untouchable does justice to the American Pale Ale, enforcing a strict balance of arresting hop flavor and a smooth maltiness that's just undercover.

~Pours a cloudy light golden color with big fluffy head. ~Interesting sweet hop scent, reminds me of other east coast pale ales that I have had. Good solid scent. Smells like it well be sticky. ~Kind of a musty hop taste with lots of caramel malts. Pretty well balance. I wish the hops were more dominant. Balances out so well that it makes it too mellow. ~Medium creamy feel. Not sticky as I had hoped. Pretty mellow finish. ~It is enjoyable. Just mediocre. There are better pale ales I would rather spend my money on.

bottle. Great mouthfeel, not as hoppy as the Big Daddy IPA but still a great kick. A well balanced tasty brew

Bottled. Thanks larsniclas. Hazy golden colour with low pale white head. Grapey, grassy aroma, and a solid maltiness is sensed here as well. A solid, pretty clean IPA with medium-hopped character wih semi-low malt base, that might be disturbed by a touch of potatoe starch. Medium bitter.

Bottle (35 cl), thanks larsniclas. Hazy golden, small white head. Potatoeish dusty malt aroma, some vague hops. Medium bodied, medium carbonation. Dry with moderate bitterness. Boring.

Nice golden pour with a decent head and some lacing. The aroma is that of floral and piney hops with some sweet-ish biscuity and husky malts. The flavor is definitely malty up front with notes of husky sweetness. This is followed by a nice mix of piney/floral hops. Not bitter, but quenching and pretty nice to drink.
