Bottle from Premier Gourmet. Nice aroma but a little mild. Pours beautifully, nicely carbonated, great colour. Didn’t have the problem of too much foam like some of the other posters mentioned. I was quite pleasantly surprised with this beer, nice and hoppy. Loved it, another great American Pale Ale. I hope to get more in the future.

Oct 6, 2008 Cloudy golden pour with a thin white head. Aroma of citrusy hops. Flavor of citrusy hops with a bitter finish. The body is light with a creamy texture and moderate carbonation. Mostly unexciting.

Oct 4, 2008 Another Foodery find in Philly. Mildly hazy light copper pour under a thin dirty white head. Just a touch of lacing. Aroma of mild citrus but you really have to search for it. Classic West Coast pale ale flavor profile of citrus, light caramel, toffee and crisp hops. Clean and dry finish.

Aug 14, 2008 Pours with one finger head which settles nicely. Smells malty with little hops. Tastes malty with just a little hop kick. I’m suprised it’s not hoppier... Almost a tea taste to it. Body is slightly heavy.

Jul 30, 2008 Pours clear amber with an average white head. Good malt/hop aroma. Flavor was a nice citrus hop versus the caramel malt balance. A decent APA, it just doesn’t do anything to stand out from the crowd.
