COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Untouchable does justice to the American Pale Ale, enforcing a strict balance of arresting hop flavor and a smooth maltiness that's just undercover.

Light gold color, medium head. A medium bodied pale ale. Malty and fairly hoppy. Somewhat floral. Good malt to hop balance. Full flavor. Smooth taste. Mouthfeel is full and round. Finish is clean and smooth. Aftertaste is slightly bitter. Nice beer. Etched beer bottle.

Nice orange color with a good white head. The aroma was filled with sweet apples, tea, malt. The flavor was slightly bitter, slightly sweet...apples, tea, floral mix, malt. Very very good APA.

A great, but not to overpowering hop bite combined with an easy light finish has made this beer my favorite pale ale. Citrusy, and floral at the same time. At 5.5% its to damn easy to make a session out of.

VEry good. Liked it better than the IPA. Slightly less hoppy. Very smooth. Will definitely be buying more of this for the fridge

Straw colored, fluffy white head, fair lace down the sides of the glass, nice aroma. Seems pretty consistant for this style. Nice strong hops with balanced hops. I have enjoyed all of the Speakeasy offerings. And this one fits right in. Great standard pale ale, [when a killer IPA or DIPA is needed]

Bottle: Great flavor - moderate bitter flavor and palate. Something about this beer just set it aside for a pale ale. Would gladly drink again.

Iíve been wanting to try beers from Speakeasy for years. Luckily I recently had a very "spatial" visitor who was willing to lug 50 lbs of the stuff with her. Nose of heavy citrus, pine, perfume, and spicy resin rounding it out. The brew pours a clear golden. The fully lasting sticky tight creamy white head leaves good lace. The brew has a fairly balanced start with a high level of acidity in the middle followed by a sharp bitter finish. The medium body is dry and lively, the finish feels very dry. Excellent, definitely worth the waith. "Spatial" thanks goes out to my baby Amanda!!

Slight haze to the golden color, sticky white head and very good lacing. Dusty dry aroma, and very full. Very malt forward, weighted in its fullness, some notes of citrus and alder. Transports me to summer. Hops cut through at the very end to finish very refreshing and very impressive.
