Standing face to face, an enduring rivalry reaches the breaking point.

Vendetta IPA is the taste of sweet revenge. Aggressively bitter with a cutthroat convergence of citrus and aromatic hops, Vendetta won’t soon be forgotten.

As the next in our Bootlegger Limited Series, we’re releasing an IPA with a vengeance. Legit since 1997, Speakeasy Ales & Lagers operates in the San Francisco district once known as Butchertown.

Alluring citrus pine aroma in an amber pour. Full bodied flavour with a restrained hop forward balance and clean bitter finish.

Draft at The Irish Pol. Cloudy brown amber pour with a solid amount of off-white foam. Lots of lace. Earthy citrus resin hops. Pungent orange peels. Woody. Dates. Ginger. Sasafrass. Tangerine marmalade. Somewhat complex IPA.

Nice citrusy fruity aroma from the Citra. Flavor is sweet malt with the hops coming later. Smooth and tasty. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Bottle. Brown color with a bronze color. Very hoppy taste. Sweetish color. Like a gybrid between a double and single iPa

The hazy reddish brown appearance, and the rich fruity buzz of the last fermented pineapple beverage I had, along with a typical india red malt note. Taste is pretty normal for the latter, with smooth bitterness that ends pretty quickly. $6/22oz

Pours a copper brown color with a light floral aroma. Taste is mildly bitter, with a clean slight metallic flavor. A lighter IPA with a rich hops fflavor and a tinge of grapefruit. Overall, a decent beer for the style that was enjoyable for a limited series.

"Orange peel and sweet malt aroma and taste, though it seems a bit malt-forward, possibly due to age...can’t tell cuz they don’t date the bottle. Nice full feel, but everything else is average at best. Bordering on imperial like bitterness, but the florals and citrus hop flavors are lacking."

Bottle from Malt and Vine, Redmond
Hazy amber color with medium sized compact head. The aroma is very grainy, almost dusty, with light hops. Good body strength; the malt flavor has a too strong cereal/grains character, some hops; strong bitterness.
Ok beer, not so pleasant.

22 oz. bottle, pours a fairly clear golden orange with a medium white head. Aroma brings out dry biscuity malt, light piney hops and some astringency. Flavour is grainy, with dry piney hops, some floral notes, and biscuity malt. Very dry, with a very grainy texture and no residual sweetness. Solidly made IPA here, but nothing special.
