3.6 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
355 ml bottle from LCBO, served cold in a tulip glass.
App.: Slightly hazy deep golden with a fair white head.
Aroma: Rich, strong hops with nice pine/resin, some citrus, maybe light tropical notes, light and pleasant biscuity malt notes, nothing much in the way of pineapple juice...
Palate: Medium body, fairly spunky effervescence.
Flav.: More nice hops, largely pine/resin with some nice fruitiness and a bit more malt support than the nose; dry with good bitterness and a fairly long, resinous, lightly fruity finish.
I killed several before actually rating this. Very nice.

3.7 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
On tap at C’est What? Pours a clear orange with a thin white head. Aroma of citrus hops, caramel malt. Flavor of fruits up front, some pineapple (although it’s not very bold/in your face) with bitterness and malt in the finish. Good pale ale, pineapple is subtle but tasty. Yum!

3.9 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 17/20
bottle 6.0%. Poured clear gold with a rocky white head. Perfumey hop aroma. Creamy texture with a tart finish, not overly dry. Citrusy flavour, I didn’t taste any pineapple that others did but definetly grapefurit notes with some piney resin.

3.3 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
355 ml bottle @ 6.0% abv. Pours a clear orange/yellow with a huge white foamy head. Aroma is citrus hops (pineapple?) and pine. Taste is grass, pine. Dry, biting mouthfeel with a lingering resiny bitterness. Decent IPA but not a go to.

3.5 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
Draught at C’est What, Toronto
Amber color, clean, with creamy head. Mild aroma, some hop. Smooth mouthfeel, quite good malt and toffee flavor, with nice citrusy hopping, and long final.
Not impressive, but pleasant.

4.3 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 9/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 18/20
Pours from the bottle a bold, bright orange with minimal head, leaving very slight lacing. The aroma is dominated by citrus and pine, with sweet caramel and subtle pineapple that I would probably not notice if not expecting it. The palate is smooth and fairly light with average carbonation. The taste is bittersweet, with the hops balancing the sweetness of the malts and pineapple well. This beer has a very long finish of citrus and pine with growing bitterness. very refreshing.

4.5 AROMA 9/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 9/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 19/20
500 mL Glass of draft at a pub. My curiosity was piqued when I saw one being poured "from an orange handle" in that line of drafts. Golden body with a very thick and very tenacious frothy white head that left a set of foamy ribs on the glass as I sipped it. Intense resiny hops with an accent of grapefruit rind rules in the aroma, although the light sweet malts don’t go unnoticed. The flavor is "Grapefruit Rind Central" which I find likeable in a beer of its style yet the light sweet malts speak up loud and clear. A bitter hop "grapefruit rind" aftertaste and finish express just enough to say: "This is good beer!"

3.3 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
On tap at Brothers Beer Bistro (Ottawa, ON). Hazy golden body with lively carbonation and a good white foamy head. Fresh hoppy aroma with citrusy and malty hints. Its sharp hoppy taste carries grapefruit and herbal notes. Ends with a good bitter/herbal finish.

On tap at the Delta Toronto East. Pleasantly surprised to find this on tap. Nice hop taste. Strong taste also almost like a Double IPA. Well done
