Aroma: A mix of citrus, cheese, hints of banana and vanilla. A very complex mix of aromas that did not hint at Pinapple for me.
Appearance: A nice clear copper coloured. Average fizz and a nice white head that lasts.
Taste: Bitter... real bitter like a nice ESB with hints of sweet, especially in the after taste.
Palate: As complex as it’s aroma... feels liek afull body, with a slick texture, average carbonation, a long bitter finish ending on sweet. You can taste the sweet fruity foundation hidden behind the ESB. Did not feel like a Pale Ale to me at all.
Overall; Love it, it was much better than anticipated. Looking forward to try again. Hat’s off guys... you can be proud of your elixir!

Draft - Sweet and tropical fruit. Copper with a thin white head. Up front bitterness and pineapple with and a long bitter finish. Not sure what they were aiming for but I like it.

In short: A very fruity golden IPA done right. Good beer.
How: Bottle 341ml, consumed fresh a few weeks after purchase.
The look: Clear rusty-gold body topped by a medium off-white head with low retention but leaving lots of lacings on the glass.
In long: Nose is mostly fruity hops (pineapples, various citrus fruits) and toasted grassy notes. The fruity component of the aroma really has a “glass of breakfast fruit juice” character. Taste is again very juicy, very fruity (pineapples, grapefruits, lemon) with also a herbal-grassy sensation. A solid malt backbone (biscuity with a bit of honey and caramel) but the fruity flavors are so dominant that it is a bit like drinking a bitter carbonated fruit juice with yellowed grass and dry herbs thrown in. Bitterness level is medium. I’m glad breweries make beers that have a pineapple flavor, because I refuse to eat a real pineapple, I’m too afraid it will reassemble itself in my belly, and then what I’m asking, AND THEN WHAT?!?!?

Hazy, light amber beer with thick, rich white head. Nice aroma of pineaple and other citrus fruits. Slight hoppy nose complements nicely the fruity aroma. Smooth and somewhat tart, which is to be expected. Bitter finish isn’t too heavy, but might have been nicer to have more fruity sweet taste.

Great clear and clean golden pour with nice white head.
Aromas of citrus with a taste of blends of citrus and bitters. Great after taste.
This is my new fave IPA.

Surprisingly dark and well carbonated IPA large, thick foam. Beautifully rounded flavor free of any artificial tastes. Great flavoured brew worthy of a case or two of indulgence.

(355ml bottle, courtesy of blutt59) Pours a clear golden body with a medium white head. Aroma of florals, pineapple, citrus, and biscuit. Flavor of citrus, pineapple, earth, lychee, and caramel.

(12oz bottle thanks to bu11zeye) clear gold, creamy lasting white head. Nose of Belgian yeast, bit of melted plastic, citrus fruit, candi sugar. Taste of light herbal citrus qualities, peppercorn, coriander, biscuit, cracker linger, nice soft natural carbonation.

Bottle LCBO: Hazy orange with lasting white head. Smells like tropical fruits and an abundance of hops. Taste is similar with some earthiness and cooked pineapple. Beautifully bitter. Great Ontario find.
