Sweet aroma of roasted malt, caramel and Danish Rye Bread. Very solid body with plenty of roasted malt and sweetish caramel. Very subdued bitterness. Lovely. 030608 yespr (6162), Copenhagen O, Denmark Jun 8, 2008 50 cL bottle, trade with kappldav123. Pours clear and golden brown with a lacing off-white head. Solid spiced and malt aroma. Sweet initial flavour with a nice caramel note. Light alcohol feel and light spice note to this. Medium dry bitterness with a discernible alcohol presence. Full-bodied, sweet and malty with hints of roasetd malt and caramel. Lingering finish. wastl (113), Germany Dec 15, 2007 Bottle. Dark amber colour. Average, brownish head. Aroma of roasted malt. Full body, surprisingly no sweet but malty notes. Pleasant finish of long duration. Good Bock.
