Golden, yellow colour, small white head, citrus fruity smell, bitter medium carbobation fruity warm citrus like a bit nutty aftertaste

33cl bottle at the Arendsnest 10th March 07. Good white head. Hazy amber pour. Surprising drinkable for a fruit beer. Good effort.

Pigs Ear. Hazy amber beer. Palate starts soft but turns crisp and then back to soft and frothy but with a carbonated sting! Great palate! The blackcurrant is nicely judged and neither too sweet or to acidic. Finishes semi dry with some minerals.

Kruik @ Cafe Buitenlust, Oirschot. Shared with Thompson. Cloudy, hazy, opaquepale yellow color, no head. Smell slightly fruit, a lot of cardboard. Taste s dull, faint bitterness, faint sweetness. Boring and not good at all. No carbo, low body.

Acorn beer? The nuttiness and the wateriness of this beer undermine any of its novelty. A must miss.

Clear orange body with champagne-like bubbles and no head at all. Citrus, wheat in the aroma, and not very pronounced. Cheese or mould as well. Luckily not as sour or skunky as expected. There is some medium heavy flavour of fruit. Pleasant bitter aftertaste saves this unfortunate beer. Feel it’s underdeveloped (as in the brewing process). Keep up the work, brewer. Bottle from the pigs ear fest, had at home. Alround rating: Thin wheaty, very nutty, a bit of butteryness, no hop and on the sweetside, overly carbonated also. Not a win.

Cloudy pale blond color. Strange aroma, spicy and nutty (peanuts). The flavor is lightly sour, possibly infected, sweetish, and nothing else worth mentioning. Poor.

Botella. cloudy yellw. Fruity yeasty aroma, bit sour. Pleasant fruity wheat bit alco flavour.

Bottle. High creamy and lasting white head. Hazy milky yellow body. Hard to describe the best I can do is fruity sour nutty lemon aroma and flavor. Low carbonation. Short aftertaste.
