Blonde dorée claire, effervescence moyenne, col blanc crémeux. Principalement maltée, légèrement fruitée, présence de miel, quasi pas d’amertume. Sans intérêt si ce n’est de la comparer aux autres.

Countbeer (4483) - Best of E-Town mit ein Brauhaus, NETHERLANDS - AUG 9, 2014
Bottle: Served in a Chouffe glass: Medium sized white head on top of a hazy orange colored beer. Aromas of yeast, some yellow fruits and dried fruits, some malts, sweet herbs, banana and some sweet metallic/mineral tones Flavours of yeast, herbs, malts, some branches and malty tones, sweet wood, bitter, dried leaves, dried fruit and some dried wood, sweet wood, some light sweet glue ish tints, wheat and light corn with a light herbal hoppy touch. Aftertaste is a mix of yeast, bitters, malts, herbs and some dried fruits and dried branches. Low carbo, light creamy mouthfeel, medium bodied and a light creamy light malty texture. First sip made me think this would be a drainpour, but than, with every sip it got a bit better which results in an ok beer.

75cl bottle bb09/2014 shared @Tristate Tasting II, Freiburg. Some pear and apple struggle to surface from a chemical, laden pale malt bog. Dry taste and palate saves drinkabilty, but ruins character. Oh those fruity monks! (Last one of the series and beginning to doubt whether these were stored properly...can the refermenting yeast turn so bad that even the malt base starts tasting cheap and chemical?)

jaghana (3970) - Strasbourg (France), FRANCE - JUL 26, 2014
Bottle 75cl @2ndTSRG, a copper beer with medium head. Aroma is on fruit notes, low body, burnt plastic finish, bit boring for something that should give all the best of Belgian yeast.

caesar (5185) - Bunnik/Utrecht, NETHERLANDS - JUL 20, 2014
Bottled @ Camping Ratebeers 2014, small sample. Bit boring belgian-like blonde beer as a base beer. Monk, which probably is some kind of trappist yeast, provides a bit more fruity touch perhaps. But it doesnt mask the base beer. Its still a boring belgian blonde.

Bottle shared @ Camping Ratebeer. Clear golden color, small off-white head. Smell and taste lightly malts, a hint of brett, yeasty. Meh, don’t really like it.
