Jul 22, 2007 On draught at the brewery. Aroma is low with light wheat and citrus tones. Appearance is slightly cloudy yellow with a low white head. Flavor is solid wheat malt forward with a sweet, citrusy hop balance. Mouthfeel is light bodied with low carb texture. Overall, not bad, but not interesting.

Jul 20, 2007 Very pale. Cloudy. Light, slighty fruity Am wheat. Slight tartness in the finish. A bit watery. A real quick knock-em-back sort of beer.

A hazy golden color with a thin head. This was a easy to drink American Hefe. The beer was good not to tart but lacked the banana and fruity essences these usually have. Need more malts and some better bitter hops.
