Maria (4688), Thisted, Denmark Nov 16, 2008 It’s dark golden with a huge, white and creamy head. The aroma has notes of malt, fruit and caramel. The flavour has a light sweetness, a full-bodied malt, caramel and light fruit. It’s OK, but also a bit monotonous. HenrikSoegaard (3246), Randers, Denmark Oct 23, 2008 Bottle. Pours golden caramel with a big, creamy, white head. Weak aroma, some hay and caramel sweetness. High carbonation, quite watery. Flavour is lightly metallic, some weak malts and weak hoppiness. Not impressive, but still far better than many other pale lagers. Enjoyit (1120), Vadum, Denmark Sep 23, 2008 Clear amber of color with a weak offwhite head. An aroma with notes caramel, hay and malt. A flavor with notes of malt, hay, weak caramel and weak bitter notes. TinyTim (22), Perth, Australia Sep 21, 2008 Very little head. Low carbonation. A little bit of fruit in the aroma and a hint of old socks that I have previously found in English Ales. Not much by way of hop character, but nice and easy to drink.
