Bottled. Pours dark brown head with small brown head. Smells sweet roasted. Tastes burned roasted malt, abit sweet with a clear bitter finish.

Bottle from Systembolaget. Deep amber beer with a small beige head. Malty roasted aroma, chocolate, cocoa powder, spicy notes. Chocolate flavor, metallic bitterness, roasted, fruity notes, some cocoapowder. A bit sharp but a decent beer.

Bottle from Systembolaget Dark brown with a beige head. Brown sugar in the aroma. Smokey leather notes and a lot of brown sugar in the flavour. Medium bitterness.

500 ml bottle. Aroma very weak, alcohol, roasted, metal (rust?). Tastes pretty sharp, metally and a hint of butterscotch. Aftertaste burnt, lots of alcohol.

(Draught at Stockholm Beer Festival, 5 Oct 2012) Dark reddish brown colour with frothy, beige head. Malty, roasted nose with dark bread, wort, dark treacle and crisp-bread. Malty, roasted taste with notes of dark rye bread, raisins, caramel and a mild spicy bitterness in the finish. Medium body, with a certain sweetness. Quite nice.

Sample at a tasting at Systembolaget, October 2012. Clear dark brown with a small head. Notes of fruit and roasted malt. Also some vegetables, bread and cardboard. Thin and uninteresting.

Draught@SBWF2012. Deep copper colour, small beige head. Aroma is nutty, mild tobacco, toffee, roasted malts and some slight ashes. Flavour is roasted malts, ashes, nuts, butterscotch and mild toasted notes. Promising aroma, but way too buttery flavour.

Draught at SBWF. Very dark brown, small beige head. Aroma of burnt fudge with slight notes of boiled vegetables. Sweet and sticky with molasses and some tin. Loads of syrup, some cardboard. Low-medium bitterness. Harsh, sticky and unpleasant.

Draught (Stockholm Beer Festival 2012) - Dark brown, almost black, with a tan head. Roasted and fruity aroma with notes of dried fruit. Fruity, roasted and slightly nutty taste with notes of raisins and caramel detected.
