Flaska från SB. Delade meningar runt julbordet. Hälften gillade inte alls den här. Den andra hälften var mycket förtjusta. Däribland jag. Är i stort sett en exakt kopia av Dugges Juldricka. Om den skrev jag: "Nötiga dofter tillsammans med knäck, citron och röda äpplen. Karamell, sötlakrits, nötter och grape i smaken. Trevlig beska." Finns ingen anledning att kommentera det mer än så.

Bottle: Black colour, nice brown head. Aroma is dominates of sweet malts, bread, some caramellynes, coffee, and dark choclate and fruitynes. Flavor had a a nice coffee, caramelly bready mouth feeling. Burned Popcorns in the end, fruitynes was there to. Thin body, medium coffe/burned popcorns finish!

Svesse (6036) - Hässelby, SWEDEN - NOV 14, 2012
(Draught at Stockholm Beer Festival, 5 Oct 2012) Dark reddish brown colour with frothy, beige head. Malty, roasted nose with dark bread, wort, dark treacle and crisp-bread. Malty, roasted taste with notes of dark rye bread, raisins, caramel and a mild spicy bitterness in the finish. Medium body, with a certain sweetness. Quite nice.

Bottle, 50cl - Clear red amber beer with a large frothy beige head. Aroma is malty with notes of herbs, citrus, spices, caramel and rye bread. Flavor is malty with notes of caramel, bread, herbs and spices. Pretty decent and unusual Christmas beer.

Draught@SBWF2012. Deep copper colour, small beige head. Aroma is nutty, mild tobacco, toffee, roasted malts and some slight ashes. Flavour is roasted malts, ashes, nuts, butterscotch and mild toasted notes. Promising aroma, but way too buttery flavour.

@ Tiddes Bar. Pours clear dark mahogany with a good bubbly creamy beige head leaving laces. Aroma is sweet malty toasted fruity apples bready. Flavor is malty acidy toasted dry yet has some sweetness bitter. Finishes longlived bitter malty bready.

Appearance: Clear deep nutty brown color with a big tan head. Good lacing.
Aroma: Caramel malty, toffee, some roasted malt and fruity.
Palate: Medium + body. Tad sweet and a moderate bitterness. Average carbonation.
Taste: Fruity, nutty and caramel malty.
Overall impression: Ok ale.

Bottle. Dark chestnut brown with a small light brown head. Aroma is light dark roasted malt, toffee, nuts, chocolate. Taste is light+ sweet and bitter. Medium body, oily texture, soft+ carbonation. Light dry finish.

50 cL bottle. Pours clear and golden deep amber with a small tan head. Aroma is toasted breadish malty, light cardboardish. Bitter, roasted malty and dry breadish. Dry and roasted into a bitter finish.
