Bottle, 5.0%. Subtle soapy aroma. Clear golden colour. Small stable white head. The flavour is slightly sweet with a bit of rough hoppiness. Not entirely clean.

Light copper. Big thick head. Bready aroma has a slightly rustic, cidery note. Strawlike character with fairly low hopping. Not much character to this blandish example but it drinks easy enough.

It’s dark golden with a white head. The aroma has notes of grain, bread and fruit/flower. The flavor has a light sweetness and soft notes of grain, bread, flower and light fruit, and the finish is slightly dry. Lovely.

Bottle (purchased at the brasserie): golden coloured, lively carbonation, quickly diminishing white fluffy foam, strawy-grainy nose with a light bitterness; moderate clean sweet-bitter flavour, soft MF, relatively "full" bodied; short sweet-bitter finish with the faintest illusion of aromatic hops. Enjoyable Helles...........

(bottle) Clear, golden colour with a foamy white medium-sized head. Discreet nose, moderately sweet, strawy malty with shy notes of herbal hops. Sweet flavour, light to medium bodied, crispy, almost fizzy carbonation. Strawy malty taste with light herbal notes in the wings; sweet and very light bitter finish. Very close to the Sperber Bräu Classic Lager, except for the stronger carbonation.
