Bottle. A rather clear one, golden in color and with a dense, finger-thick off-white head. Very ripe bananas, some lemon and hay, and a bready and clove-like touch in the aroma. The flavor is almost cloyingly sweet, with banana, some notes of lemon and cloves, and a touch of grass and hay. Medium body, pleasant carbonation. Certainly a decent low ABV weizen. 120217

Bottle @ fonefan tasting. Nice head with good duration. Color is golden. Aroma and taste are yeast, wheat malt, fruits and hops.

Bottle. Golden, hazy, small to average and fully diminishing head. Light to moderate, malty – lightly wheaty and sweetish aroma, light fruitiness and faint banana. Body is light, malty – lightly wheaty and lightly sweetish flavor, light fruitiness and faint banana. Finish is average malty – lightly wheaty and lightly sweetish, light fruitiness, faint banana and spiciness. Light-bodied hefeweizen - not too sweet, though.

Bottled (from mein-biershop.de). Hazy orangeish golden colour with a mediumsized firm slightly off-white head. Aroma is wheat, cookies, midl yeast and also some slight fruity notes. Flavour is wheat, fruits, mild yeast as well as some mild toffee.

Bottle (purchased at the brasserie): Cloudy, mid-sized, slowly diminishing yellowish off-white head, necrotic yeast in the aroma, plus a tinge of sourish wheat plus a citrousy touch; light sweetish-sourish flavour. very light bodied, as expected; short light fruity-sourish finish. Not really necessary.........

(bottle) Hazy, orange-amber colour with a big and persistent foamy off-white head. Yeasty, light sweet and tart-fruity (citrus, banana) aroma with a light wheat-character. Light-sweet and sourish flavour, slim bodied with a refreshing carbonation. Soft malty, moderately wheaty base with mainly citrus-fruity accents and a touch of vanilla; slim and sourish fruity finish with light notes of cloves and vanilla. Not bad for the low abv.
