tap at spider bite 1st anniversary Tap & Barrel - Kind of a dusty nose with a sugary/frustose honey taste. Caramelized sugar, towards the burnt side with a ’smattering’ of brett notes, barnyard funk. Toasted malts and peach, apple fruits. A bit odd, to be honest, but not bad.
