COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
This amber colored pale ale was the first beer we brewed together, so it was only fitting to name it FIRST BITE. Generous additions of American hops, light body and a dry.finish give it plenty of flavor and aroma while still remaining highly drinkable. YOU GOT BITTEN

Bottle... Murky amber pour with a small, creamy, white head. Great retention. The bouquet is a hoppy blend of tropical fruits and melons with a touch of pine. Full-bodied and abrasive with busy carbonation. The flavor offers no identifiable malt essence, but provides some very nice, fruity hop bitterness. Finishes crisp, lightly bitter, raspy, and then dry. Bottle courtesy of newcigarz!

Growler courtesy of zdk - thanks Zach! Big congrats to Larry for getting the brewery off the ground and to Paul for the brewing. Rich amber pour with a tight off-white head. Lacy. The aroma has a ton of fresh citrus and pine in addition to some light toasted base malt character. Quite dry though despite this additional character. Lean bodied with a lot of hop bitterness and flavour. Lingering pine resin and soft malt sweetness. Balanced, fresh and very tasty - this growler is not long for this world.
