COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Comprised of English pale and a touch of crystal malts, classically balanced with Kent Goldings and Fuggles hops to produce a light, but of so flavourful ale, characterized by its spicy, fruity tones and its light copper colour.

Admin note: Re-released as a single cask on June 16, 2009, to celebrate 25th Anniversary of craft brewing in Victoria with updated renditions of the original Spinnaker classics.

In bottle, not that great atall will drink it if desperate, but not the best beer I’ve ever tasted

On cask @ Spinnakers. Clear medium amber, thin almond head. Earthy toffee, spicy nuances, sweet. Thinnish mouthfeel, creamy texture.

Handpump at spinnakers. Juniper and roast aroma. Golden amber, offwhite head, mellow ask mouthfeel. Light sourdough bread, slightly herbal, dry berries, pleasant sessionable brew

Nice Belgian flavors and yeast. Liked the finish and the malts added where very nice. Tons of extra flavors this brew was very tasty.
