Bottled at Stockholm Beer Festival 2007. A hazy golden beer with a thin white head. The aroma is sweet and very peachy with light notes of wheat. The flavor is sweet and very fruity - peaches being most dominant, leading to a dry bitter finish. The body is a bit thin.

Bright golden with copper tint. Thin head. Woody hop nose with hints of grapefruit. Passion fruit, pink grapefruit and dalandan taste with light woodiness and subtle bready malts. Moderate bitterness ends up slightly overstated due to the low finishing gravity (OG 1050 and 6% abv). A light hint of resin amidst the bitter citrus finish. Refreshing.

Golden-amber colour. Fresh grainy aroma. The flavour is mainly of fresh pale malt, with a little crystal thrown in for fun. There is some late, leafy hop as well. The fresh grain aroma rates excellent but the flavour didn’t follow through with enough conviction.

Hazy golden color. Not full bodied. Hoppy, of course, dry, but the hop has been infused too much.

Bottle at Stockholm Beer Festival, 2007-09-20, 7-4-6-4-13=34
Hazy blond color; creamy head. Quite nice hoppy aroma, a bit fruity. The flavor is less interesting than expected, the hop dominates, with some thin resins, but there is some yeast and some yeast off-flavors too (it’s a bit metallic). I like hops, so I don’t dislike it, but it’s a bit… controversial.

Cask handpull at Spinnaker’s, Victoria. Floral aromatic, like smelling roses. Perfumed even in mouth. Rather nice, but overly perfumed for me.

Dark copper color, small white head. Malty, a bit fruity nose. Nicely soft palate, same time fizzy and carbonated. Good late hopping. This is a good session beer.

on tap-pours a retaining creamy white head and yellow color. Aroma is citrus (cascade+?) hops. Taste is sweet citrus/grapefruit (cascade+?) hops, hint of malt, some hops bite at finish. Nice. OK/mild carbonation.
