3.8 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
Tap. Pours a clear dark gold body with a small fizzy head. The nose is pretty nice, lots of tropical fruits and light biscuity malt. The flavor is light tropical fruits, thin caramel malt, nice soft bitterness on the finish that lingers nicely. Still fairly dry on the whole. Mouthfeel is light and airy with minimal soft carbonation. Some fruity hops lingering late on the finish as well. Pretty great beer, sessionable indeed.

3.6 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
Bottle - Nice grapefruit and some resin. Clear gold with a bubbly head. Nice little bit of bitterness and some light resin. A very simple but nice English style IPA that has a nice low ABV. Everything I expected.

2.8 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 10/20
Bomber. Biscuity malt profile, and the hops are very grassy on the nose and piney on the innards. Feels hollow. I wouldn’t want another.

3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
Sampled at VCBW 2012 at the Salt Building in Vancouver pouring a pale golden color with a small white head and very little lacing. MIld grassy aroma with some light cereal grains. Taste is a grassy hop bitterness up front with an underlying malty sweetness. Light body and light carbonation. Slightly below average for the style, but a good session ale.

3.1 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Orange color, deep and rich rusty orange. Aroma and taste were both heavy on the grains and bready. Lots of bitterness present and it was adequately hopped. Really reminds me of an ESB but does have different characteristics. Not sure how "sessionable" this would be for me.

3.2 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Bottle from Central City Liquor Store, Surrey
Hazy golden color. The aroma is breadish, strong, some cereals. The mouthfeel is dry; there is caramel flavor, with a mild character of bread cereals and vegetables; it has a quite strong bitterness, the hop providing a grassy touch.
I expected a beer with spicy yeast (Belgian) and fruity hop (American); instead this is a British Bitter.

3.6 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
650ml bottle. Pours brownish amber with thin head and lacing. Orange and piney hop nose, with strong caramel notes and an earthy/woodiness. Moderate bitterness with sweet toffee flavours later in the palate. Finishes a little muddy. Incredibly subtle and smooth, though -- you could drink this all day. This falls squarely between what you’d expect from an English session ale and a Northwest IPA. I’ll be back for more.
