3.2 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
Pours a dark red/amber with a brief ring of foam. Yeasty, dark fruit aroma - not bad. Tastes of tart cherries, yeasty, slightly chocolatey and roasty. There’s a bit of unobtrusive hopping in here, too. Decent carbonation in the body, but thin. Nice warming aftertaste. This is an interesting beer, probably the same base as the other two fruit beers but less artificial tasting.

3.2 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
650ml bottle. Pours pinkish-amber with a dusting of head. Aroma is mild cherry and Belgian yeast with earthy notes and green punchy hops. Lightly sweet taste - pushes the cherry further to the background, yet hides the high alcohol content well. Light, a little fizzy and watery. Interesting, but lacks complexity. Maybe it matures if cellared for awhile.
