Wonderful. SMOOTH as butter on the palate. Carbonation is light and aids in the smoothness. Pours a wonderfully clear brown with a thin head. Very drinkable, and surprisingly sweet given its advertisement as a dry cider. There are much drier ciders out there, for sure. Like nothing Iíve had before.

Very good. Not as complex as the bottle would have me think. Color is dark, and I can almost taste that hint of molasses and brown sugar, but something about it tastes watered down. Maybe itís the low alcohol content.

I couldnít wait to taste this considering how high it is rated compared to other american ciders. Yes, it does pour rather dark, surprizingly dark for a cider. Dark iced tea brown. Aroma is nice mild and friendly apple. Goes down pretty easy and as a liker of cider, this is pretty darn good. Not overly sweet but you can tell there is still unfermetned sugar in there. A little preservative in the flavor. Surprizingly a little watery too. Easy goin and friendly, can live wit it. Decent amount of sizzle hides what alky there is rather well. Finish is fine, no ill effects. Good overall rating experience. Perhaps a little less alky pop flavors than other american ciders.

Pours a very dark brown cola ruby .. . not a lot of foam .. . the added sugar/molasses is great and not overdone at all .. . quite a rich cider, and not as dry as i expected .. . a winner, a great cider and even though not a huge fan of hot cider, i think this would work great for that .. . .
Do you know what itís like to fall in the mud and get kicked... in the head... with an iron boot? Of course you donít, no one does. It never happens. Sorry, Ted, thatís a dumb question... skip that.

22 ounce bottle - $3.99 at Total Wine & More in Kennesaw, Georgia. Appearance: Pours a clear, light brown-tinted body with some accompanying suds. Smell: Sweetish, with a scent evocative of Autumn. Drops of molasses and brown sugar fall between the notes of tart, sliced apples. Taste: Sweetish at the start, with a washed-out taste of RC Cola along with, natch, the apples. Modest molasses and brown sugar accents, but emerge a bit as it takes on some warmth. Slender tartness throughout. Fails on one of its promises, finishing fairly sweet. Mouthfeel: Light-bodied. Medium-low carbonation. Overall: Not so dark and not so dry, but itís still pretty tasty.

bottle 12/26/10 pretty dark for a cider... brown and coppery. sweet smell of smashed apples, brown sugar, wood, graham crackers and flowers. the flavor is the same but with an added note of vanilla and some coffee-like nuttiness in the aftertaste. it is sweeter than expected but it does finish off fairly dry. it is medium bodied and rich... sugar provides some depth. 7/4/8/4/16

Bottle. Dark clear ruby brown, small bright tan head that settles to an edge. Aroma of pear, tangerine, cinnamon, nutmeg. Taste is lemon, apple chunks, light spice. Very nice.

Baby food applesauce aroma. Clear brown. Nice bloody viscosity. Sweet apple flavor with traces of brown sugar, akin to apple butter. Much better than the Crispin Lansdowne.

Copper pour, short off-white head. Very powerful apple aroma. Flavor reminds me of when my mom used to just bake apples with brown sugar: quite sweet, loads of juicy apple, brown sugar/molasses qualities. Not really that dry, but very tasty.
