Cask at The Anchor, Digbeth, Birmingham. Poured a dark mahogany colour with a bubbly off-white head. The aroma is weak but with a little malt and hints of fruit, leading to a weak bitter, but rich malty flavour with coffee and dark chocolate. The flavour is all up front though and the palate and aftertaste are somewhat weak. Nice enough to taste, but I would not drink this all night long.

On cask @ Three Tuns, Dronfield - Near black body, decent sized tan head. This is a lighter fruity kind of stout, very fresh, usual aromas but the taste sets itself as a rich tastier kind of beer. Quite good.
