On draught at Bar Hop. Light gold, smallish diminishing fizzy white head. Smells and tastes of ... apples, maybe a little Chablis and alcohol. Light body, strong carbonation, quick finish - its a pub cider and its better than Strongbow. Next.

Aromatart apple , yellow flesh apple , mild tartness with straight cider apple hints.
Appearance clear pale golden with minimal top.3-
Flavor and Palate : Vanilla, soft rather sweet . good proper apple feel. Light tartness. Semi-dry body. Bit like sparking fruit vine but without its carbonation.

Pale straw colour with a fairly low carbonation. The aroma is a little bit tannic with some soft spiciness. A little bit of malic acid and a soft tartness. Slight sweetness in the finish, but it's nice stuff really.

Very light clear green color with big bubbles. Cleanly dry-sour apple aromas. Taste is styled clean with good apple flavors, and nicely acidic. Granny smith and fresh Mac are my impressions. how mean so few ratings!! (Burger Bar summer 2011.)

On tap at Volo. Clear pale yellow with no head. tart apple with some barnyard leather/corky notes, some sweetness and a rather dry finish. Nice!

A light yellow cider with a very thin white head. A nice funked apple aroma with mineral notes, and light peppery notes. In mouth, a smooth buttery apple with chalky and wild notes, oily mouthfeel, corky notes. On tap at Volo, Oct. 29 2011.

Draught at Burger Bar. Pours a slightly hazy, very pale yellow, almost white, with no head -- in this slightly dark room it could be mistaken with a glass of water. Lovely aroma of sweet and tart apples -- I always have a hard time rating ciders, I always have little to say. Nice crisp flavour of sweet apples. Average bodied, well carbonated. A solid, very easy to drink, clean and flavourful Cider.

[3789-20110625] Tap. Apple vanilla flower aroma. Clear, pale yellow body with no lasting head. More crushed apple in the flavour. Light body has a pleasantly semi-dry finish. Good balance overall, am excited to try more from them. (6/2/7/4/14) 3.3+
