COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
(Pale malt, Hvetemalt, Munich malt, Caramel/Crystal malt)

Bottle. An unclear, golden beer topped by a small, off-white head. The aroma has a rubbery touch, but most of all it’s fruity. Not much maltyness going on either. The same goes for the flavor, it’s the fruityness that dominates, with orangey hops added. Some bitterness towards the finish. Medium body, quite dry, and with a strange cardboard-ish feeling. Not a superb beer in any way, even though there’s some qualities. 130607

Bottle at premiere tasting for Spisekroken Mikrobryggeri @ Klosteret Mat & Vinhus, Bergen. Pours a deep clear orange-hued amber body with a medium creamy white head. Aroma is floral caramel tones, hints of red berries and peaches. Mild, but all right. Taste is caramel, faint sour grainy notes, hints of herbs, cherries and pale malts. Medium body and carbonation. A bit bland but smooth and definitely drinkable.
