Bottle shared by beerpig317. Poured a clear dark brown color with a minimal frothy brown head that mostly lasted with fair lacing. Moderate to heavy toasted chocolate and alcohol aroma. Medium to heavy sweet dark malt flavor with a medium to heavy dark sweet and small alcohol bite finish of moderate to long duration. Full body with a smooth texture and flat carbonation. This is a solid beer.

On tap @ Mikkeller Bar. This is a deep dark brown one and it has a small kinda sidesticking brown head. Itís quite roasted on the nose. I get a grainy chocolate cereal thingy and notes of both cow dung and traces of paint. Smells nice. Nice chocolaty flavors. Chocolate pudding! Lots of grains here also. Itís lovely carbonated and it has a good oily mouthfeel. The roastiness from the aroma is also present in the taste here. A well roasted one without being burned. Some sweetness is also making an appearance in the finish, and thatís quite welcoming to be honest. A nice one! 02.05.2013
