COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Don’t fight it, Spite It! So this is what we heard... Mrs. O’Leary was excessively milking her cow, because she owed money all over town. One day she tugged too hard and the cow had enough! With one spiteful kick, the lantern exploded and flames engulfed the city. The cow watched with a smirk as the Great Chicago Fire burned the city to the ground, because she knew full whom the Chicagoans would blame. That’s our story and we’re sticking to it!

Bottle: The aroma consists of moderate dark chocolate and cocoa. It pours a dark brown with some faint orange highlights Ms a small tan head that quickly fades to a minimal film outlined by a slightly thicker ring. The flavor starts with moderate-heavy dark chocolate, cocoa, and a touch of molasses. The finish has mild roast with a touch of coffee. It’s a medium bodied with mild carbonation and a somewhat soft mouthfeel.

Bomber shared by Tom - thanks! Super dark viscous looking pour with a rich brown head with excellent lacing. Aroma of lactose, chocolate, marshmallow. Similar taste - sweet, rich, slightly dry finish. Excellent!

Honestly, one of the best sweet stouts I’ve had. A rich brown pour, with a medium body and great sweetness to it with a chocolate milk like finish. Someone brought this into a bottle share and I freaked.

Thanks cards04 for the sample. A pretty nice milks stout. Has the nice dry powder cocoa taste typical of the style. without being too sweet or artificial. Nice beer.

Purchased at Binny’s Lakeview in Chicago, IL; enjoyed in Milwaukee, WI while recording a project three years in the making. This stuff was fantastic. Really nice mouthfeel, nice balance of chocolate and lactose, chocolate flavor was dry and dark, great brew to split with friends. Will hopefully have this again.
