Bamsen78 (2409) - Sønderborg, DENMARK - MAR 20, 2014
Draught @ the brewpub. Pours cloudy amber with small white head. Clear aroma of yeast and cheap malt. Bitter, hoppy flavour, with malty and estery notes and touches of skunk. Bitter finish. Watery despite medium to high carbonation. Poor but not as disgusting as the majority of the beers of this style I have had.

Draught at Minibrowar Spiz, Wroclaw. Amber with a white head. Sweet malt and alcohol aroma and taste. Sweet finish.

MiP (13046) - Sønderborg, DENMARK - SEP 27, 2008
Draught at the brewpub. Citric aroma. Hazy grey amber colour. Stable creamy white head. The flavour is malty, only a faint hint of citrus, so actually drinkable. Hint of pepper in the finish, but not as rough as your usual mocne.

SPora pianka, naprawde mocne piwo. Podane w stylowym kuflu i z kromalem chleba i smalcem. Super. Przexroczyste i zawsze swieze.

Sampled at the brewpub. Amber colour. Plain malty in aroma. Light sweet in flavour. Pretty good malty. Pretty well hidden abv at 15°. Medium bodied. Chocolate malts I believe. Not very close to German Style Bock, lacking in almondy maltiness.

Veyr good brewed, but very strong too. You cna feel the alcohol dirnking it, but not annoying. The Mocne are common beers in poland, I mean, almost all breweries have a version of it.

Radek Kliber (6321) - Toronto (Can) Krotoszyn (Pol), POLAND - MAY 29, 2006
Dark gold amber, neat head .strong hop presence, solid malt base. Refreshing aroma. Clean full bodied strong lager with good hop accent. Clean classic.

Oakes (11770) - Vancouver, British Columbia, CANADA - JUL 10, 2004
Very cloudy, light tan colour. Big, creamy head. Aroma is slightly herbal, slightly bready but again is obfuscated by the huge head. Surprising amount of high-gravity notes - fusels, cidery esters. It’s only 15P, which pretty much makes it the lightest mocne in Poland, but it doesn’t taste like it. Full, creamy body, with some bready notes. Not awful, but not as good as I might have hoped for.
