Commercial Description:
This coarse filtered wheat ale is fermented with a German yeast culture for a refreshingly light spiciness and hints of citrus fruit. A cloudy appearance and an immense creamy head are characteristic of this lightly hopped Bavarian brew.

Attractive hazy golden pour with a rich rocky head. very bright citrus nose with lemon, orange, bubblegum, and bread yeast. Strong wheat charcteristics with some moderate malt sweetness. Bubblegum, banana, and clove are all there, too. Not a world class hefe, but very, very drinkable and refreshing nonetheless.

Clourdy gold with a fair amount of head. Aroma is banana, bubblegum and kind of bready. The flavor is much of the same but with a pretty sweet and lemony sour flavor. Close to a good German Hefe but something is off, probably the sourness. Pretty good though

Yellow, big white head. Yeasty, banana, bubblegum aromas, plus notes of maybe pineapple and citrus. Traditional wheat flavors on a very soft, fluffy palate.

bottle. hazy white-golden with a small white head. the aroma consists of cereal and yeasty banana mostly but also a little bit of pear. biscuit flavour with a good dose of spice and lemony twang in the finish along with some kind of strange quality to go along with it. decent.

Thanks for the bottle Philip, much appreciated. A foggy yellow body site underneath a thick finger of white foam. Decent lacing. An interesting aroma of sour oranges, clove and custard are present. Custard and lemons with light clove and minerals create the flavour profile. Creamy, lingering lemon zest in the finish. Good. Thanks again Phil!

Cloudy yellow body with a puffy white head that collapsed all too quickly. The aroma is predominantly a blending of orange and lemon scents with merely a trace of sweet malts and wheat. The palate was a bit too harshly fizzy for the style, but acceptable. The flavor’s dominated by the citric tastes, some peppery seasoning, and a bit of wheaty tartness. Some soft malts, banana, and clove finally arrive in the finish. Good for the Summer.

16oz bottle-i love sprecher bottles-more bang for not much more buck! pours typical hefe hue-cloudy yellow with a fizzy white head. aroma of grain husks, banana, lemon and lightly metallic notes. estery flavors dominate with banana, that metallic note again and some twangy/lightly sour yeast. Actually pretty good-the metalic notes drop out as it warmed. Not really all the complex, but definately true to its style. finish is lightly sour with light banana notes. body is lite and crisp. not bad!

Bottle. Hazy golden beer with a nice white head. Sweet wheat aroma. Fruity (summer/citrus) and wheat flavor. Refreshing, easy to drink.
