Commercial Description:
This coarse filtered wheat ale is fermented with a German yeast culture for a refreshingly light spiciness and hints of citrus fruit. A cloudy appearance and an immense creamy head are characteristic of this lightly hopped Bavarian brew.

Pours a very lite yellow with a small white head. Aroma is standard for the style. Bananas and cloves. Flavor is somewhat thin, with a hint of spice in the end, not much overall. Flavor also imparts a little toffee/butterscotch into the flavor. A nice beer, a little thin for my taste personally, though a big fan of the style

Bottle and on tap at brewery. White, rocky head that fades. Yellow-orange and cloudy. Great flavor of the usual banana/clove varietyt. Distinguished by a spicy, yeasty bite. Cinnamon and allspice. Very good overall.

No real distinct taste to this beer. It’s good for washing down pizzan, but I really wouldn’t want it to drink by itself. Kinda bland and borring.

Slightly Hazy Yellow Coloring. Frothy Head That Went Away Fairly Quickly. Nothing too Dramatic Here, but a Wonderfully Balanced Hefe... Very Easy To Drink. A bit of Wheat, Citrus and Spice....

Dusty yellow body, fairly full and creamy head that lasts a decent while. Sweet lemon banana aroma with more of the same in the flavor except with more wheat. It is sweet, but not too sweet. That, plus the soft feel on the tongue and decent body makes me love it.

On tap at the Horseshoe Pub. Has a clouded yellow color with a small white head. Smell is of banana/yeast/citrus. Taste is medium bodied with banana/yeast/citrus flavors and finishes a little too thin. Overall a pretty good wheat, better than most American brewers.

Cloudy gold color, white head. Aroma of banana, some yeast, and citrus. Flavor has a big lemon prescence, a little tart even, along with banana and a bit of spice. Quite smooth, thirstquenching. Pretty nice.

Clodu light amber in color with a small white head. Aroma of banana and light citrus. Flavor is sweet like banana bread and a light wheat malt mouthfeel.
