COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
This coarse filtered wheat ale is fermented with a German yeast culture for a refreshingly light spiciness and hints of citrus fruit. A cloudy appearance and an immense creamy head are characteristic of this lightly hopped Bavarian brew.

Bottle. Aroma of banana with a light touch of clove, and perhaps lemon. Hazy golden color with tiny bubbles and a white head that flattened. Thinnish body with chewy/creamy carbonation. The flavor is banana, touch of lemon and some clove (but it could be yeast spiciness). The finish is dry, a little more banana, and some citrus in the background. Decent hefe.

Bottle from Jungle Jimís. Poured hazy yellow color with an average fizzy white head that mostly diminished with fair lacing. Moderate clove and banana and citrus aroma. Medium body with lively carbonation. Medium sweet citrus flavor with a medium sweet finish of moderate duration. Drinkable smooth brew.

16 oz. bottle poured a cloudy yellow with a small white head. Aromas of citrus, bananas and light spice. Palate was light bodied, even a litte light for the style. Flavors of bubblegum, citrus, a bit of banana and a hint of clove with a sweet finish.

Bottle... Hazy golden ale with a small, fizzy, white head. Very phenolic, estery aroma and flavor; hot apple cider with clove served up in a colonial kitchen or pre-game tailgate. Smells rustic. Smells like autumn. Smells and tastes of crisp, big-time college football with Pop Warner toffee, intramural vanilla and a touch of Keith Jackson lemon. That was a little twisted... must be that time of the year again! Medium to full-bodied with an oily mouthfeel and tingly carbonation. Spicy, sweet finish.

Poured a medium and cloudy yellow color with a huge white head. Aromas of bananas, wheat, yeast and very light spices. Tastes of bananas, bubblegum, and some citrus. Smooth and creamy body. One of the better German Hefe beers Iíve had today.

Twist off bottle from the brewery. Hits the style, but not so drinkable. Big bannana,in the taste and in the aroma. average mouthfeel in fact a bit thin mouthfeel. Carbonation significant. More wheat, complexity needed. Have had much better examples of the style. Decent retained head.

16 ounce bottle from State Line. Pours a slightly hazy yellow color with a medium sized fizzy tan head. Decent head retention. Aroma of wheat, apples, herbal notes and faint bubblegum. The taste is tart wheat, apples and herbal notes. Very herbal and spicy... like Mexican food. Thin bodied, high carbonation. This isnít really bad or good. Truly an odd beast.

Pours a slightly cloudy yellow color with a medium fluffy white head that evaporates slowly. Partial rings of lacing on the glass. Aroma of citrus and wheat. Light body with flavors of banana, sweet spice and a bit of grassy hops. The finish is sweet with a short fruity aftertaste. Pretty average overall.
