2.4 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 9/20
Poured from a 16 OZ bottle into a pint glass.
Aroma- has a yeasty type aroma that is not all that inviting.
Appearance- A dark yellow colored beer with a white head.
Taste- Very disappointing, has a malt flavor that I do not particularly care for. I am a fan of Maibock style beer but this taste is off the mark for me.
Palate - A medium bodied beer with a dry finish with a not-so pleasant aftertaste.
Overall - A big disappointment for me. I was hoping for 16Oz of pure enjoyment, instead it was drudgery finishing this beer off.

3.4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 12/20
Poured from bottle into shaker. Translucent yellow-orange with thicker white head. Smells grainy and lager-y (like a basement or something). Taste is also grainy/ lager-y, with some pretty nice light hop flavor in the background. Palate is pleasant. Not my favorite beer, but pretty solid and good for the style.

3.2 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 13/20
Sample pour of mild amber gold with white head. Nose is sweetness and mild caramel. Fully malted with little to no hop presence. Light zesty malt with more malt and some caramel notes. Fairly drinkable and enjoyable for the style. I’d do it again.

4.2 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 17/20
Pours hazy orange with a medium off-white head. Smells soft fruit, hints of toffee. Taste is fruity, hints of sweetness, perhaps candy. Medium-bodied with a silky texture and soft mouth-carbonation, Sprecher Mai Bock finishes with a smooth lingering sweetness.

3.3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 13/20
Pours a nice amber color with white head. Some floral notes along with some malts too, there’s some other floral note too; follows onto the palate. Finishes with just a bit of sweetness.

3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Fluffy, ivory head on a clear, ruddy amber brew. I love the Sprecher pint bottles, except they’ve got a twistoff lid. And a bad label. Enticing, biscuits-and-syrup, grainy aroma. Very pleasant and drinkable. Lightly tannic, malty, moderately sweet, a little nutty, a little woody. Vanilla here and there. A cereal-husk bitterness in the finish. Proof Bottle Shop.

3.3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Clear medium amber. Medium creamy white head. Aroma is mainly malty, caramel, some toastiness, some light citrus. Sweet. Flavor much the same; sweet, malty, lightly hoppy. Somewhat hopped dry finish. Medium soft body. Definitely one of Sprecher’s better beers.
